For a fixed fee, you can sign up to our annual retained HR services which could comprise of some of the following:
- Dedicated email and telephone support and advice on any day to day or complex employment issues. This could include disciplinary, grievances and investigations, performance management, sickness absence, terms and conditions of employment, family leave, etc.
- On-site support for management cases
- Provision of standard HR documentation such as policies, procedures, contracts of employment, company handbooks, letters, etc including regular reviews to ensure legal compliance
- Recruitment and selection support and advice
- Access to our business partners who offer occupational health, payroll, health and safety, organisational development and employee management information systems
Prices are based on the level of support you require and the size of your organisation.
‘Pay as you go’ HR services can be purchased at an additional cost for anything outside of the HR Business Partnership.
