Suzanne Tricker MSc
Suzanne is an accomplished and committed HR professional with over 18 years experience delivering effective HR solutions within the public and private sector. For 7 of these years Suzanne was an integral part of client management teams, equipping key clients and managers with the appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people. Suzanne has experience in providing transformational advice on change management initiatives, restructures, job role design, outsourcing, TUPE transfers and redundancy situations. She has worked in partnership with directors and managers to manage and resolve employee relations issues. Suzanne has a sound knowledge of Employment Law and is experienced in interpreting and implementing all new and revised legislation, ensuring that significant changes are communicated to clients.
More recently Suzanne has worked with SME’s providing outsourced HR advice and guidance on the full range of the employee life cycle. She has developed a strong sense that type of HR service growing businesses need to support their growth plans.
Suzanne strongly believes in the value a true partnership with HR can add to organisations and is passionate in helping businesses to realise the full potential of their people.
Katie is about to enter her third year at the University of Lincoln studying LLB Law and Business. During second year she studied Critical HRM: Managing Diversity which inspired her to find some work experience in the HR sector.
For the last 14 years Katie has found a passion in trampolining. It began as fun and then developed to competition level, after which she became a competition judge. She is now working towards her Level 2 coaching qualification so she can give back to the sport.
Vivienne M. Tegg PhD, MBA, Chartered MCIPD
Vivienne is a management and HR professional with significant experience in the public and voluntary sectors and with SMEs. Her career has included HR Director, managing a charity, volunteering as a Director for three charities and running a community choir with over 50 members! Vivienne is an accredited commercial mediator (UK and Ireland). Her range and depth of experience covers all HR disciplines (including employment law, recruitment, policy development, performance improvement and disciplinary case management) and senior management support.
